  • All digital purchases are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

  • If you experience technical issues, please contact us and we will re-send the product.

2. Service-Based Projects

Refunds may be considered only when:

  • The request is made within 24 hours, and

  • Work has not yet started
    Once work begins, no refunds will be issued.

3. Subscription Services

(Content posting, email nurturing, automation maintenance)

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

  • No partial refunds for unused days.

  • Service remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you made an accidental duplicate payment, please contact us with proof of transaction.
Refunds for duplicate payments will be processed within 7–14 business days.
